In 2021, COX Space launched their gesture machine learning mouse, SNOWL, on Kickstarter. With just shy of 2,000 unique backers, SNOWL was able to raise $250,000 dollars over the course of its campaign.

Now, SNOWL has been upgraded to VANZY, and they’re back for another round of funding on Kickstarter.

Not only has the software and app design been improved, but the module material has been upgraded to fortified glass, and the joystick cradle has been replaced with a bar charging cradle.

With all of these improvements, VANZY has a lot less lag, and you can even you use it while it’s charging – something you couldn’t do with SNOWL.

Also, VANZY’s bar cradle gives you a whole new way to use the device. There’s even an air mouse mode, too.

In air mouse mode, once VANZY is nested in the bar cradle, run your finger overtop the glass, and you’ll have a portable pointer-style mouse you can take with you anywhere. This naturally makes VANZY great for laptops.

But what makes VANZY truly special is the way it lets you use gestures to take control over all of your devices. The technology behind this innovation is COX Space’s internally developed 3D positioning software that enables more precise motion tracking, plus a 9DOF sensor that lets the device read a more diverse range of movements.

Plus, there’s a machine learning algorithm for even better gesture recognition.

All of these new technologies come together to give you access to 11 different gesture control options. You also can use the keymapping system to map a gesture to a specific command in your paired device. And with the multi-pairing feature, you can use VANZY to control multiple devices at once.
